Like shared in the question: “Do I need a college or graduate degree to be an Experteer?" the most important requirement is having demonstrable skills.
Please keep in mind that MovingWorlds does screen for professional experience when evaluating Experteer applications, however MovingWorlds does not assign or make selections for matches. Our partners in the field will make the decisions whether or not they will accept your introduction request.
The thing to keep in mind is that each project is unique, and has its own experience requirement. Many of our projects require much more experience (at the management, consulting, or client-facing levels) and this younger audience is unlikely to be selected for those particular projects.
In general, we find that recent grads, especially with prior internship/work experience, can find successful projects that have have been very clearly scoped and/or are of a particular technical skill set (photography, videography, web design, basic web development, marketing and sales support, etc.).
See our Experteering Stories and Testimonials to see experteers we've worked with in the past.
