Yes, but we’ll work hard to make sure each of you has a custom-tailored experience by matching each of you to a unique project. You'll get more out of the experience by working with new people and exposing yourself to new circumstances, and individual project placements foster the type of stretch experience that forges real leadership development and skill building.
