What type of professional support can I expect for a media production?

Many Experteers have great experience and skills with the production of videos and other media. There are however a few specific considerations to keep in mind when requesting support of a videographer or other media professional. As normally expensive equipment is involved here, we request that you as an organization specify upfront:

1. Who will providing the equipment the media is produced on 
2. What level of production do you expect (video, audio, written copyright)
3. Who is responsible for insuring the equipment
4. How will the production be distributed and what is its copyright status

Special travel insurance packages exist for professional camera and sound equipment, and as a host organization you may want to cover that cost for the Experteer. At the very least this should be something that is clearly communicated before the start of the project, to avoid unpleasant surprises if something happens on the ground.
