Your first priority as Team Leader is to facilitate the scheduling of an initial meeting between your Experteer Team and Organization Representative. The Organization Representative will provide 3 available time slots for an initial meeting, which you will receive in your match confirmation email. You and your team members will select all workable options. Once all team members have selected their options, the Team Leader will receive an email with the best option, and will then be responsible for scheduling the meeting with the Organization Representative.
We will follow up with you to make sure the initial meeting has occurred and see if you or anyone on the Experteer Team has questions. Once the initial meeting has occurred, the Team Leader is responsible for guiding the team through the Experteering Planning Guide and will be the primary point of contact between the Organization Representative and the Experteer Team.
