What is the program priorities form? Is it required?

The TRANSFORM Support Hub brings together a diverse range of support options (or ‘support pillars’), and the program priorities form allows you to share with our team which pillar you want to focus on first as you onboard. 

Although not required, we recommend submitting the program priorities form as soon as you have watched the welcome video. Based on your selected priority, our team will then follow up with you directly via email with additional information, tips, and guidance related to that pillar so that you can start getting value from the TRANSFORM Support Hub right away!
